Flying drones rescue systems
Hájek, Tomáš ; Janhuba, Luboš (referee) ; Pejchar, Jan (advisor)
This paper addresses the issue of security and integration of UAVs in air traffic operations and analyses possible risks. This work defines methodology to demonstrate airworthiness of the parachute recovery system under extreme climatic conditions. The first part of the methodology deals with the compliance performance requirements in external environment and the second part verifies performance parachute canopy. Methodology developed herein is subsequently verified by practical tests on parachute recovery system Galaxy GBS 10.
Aerodynamic Characteristics Identification of Atmospheric Airplane from Flight Measurement Results
Zikmund, Pavel ; Salga,, Jaroslav (referee) ; Jebáček, Ivo (referee) ; Daněk, Vladimír (advisor)
The thesis deals with aerodynamic characteristics identification from flight measurement. The topic is part of flight mechanic – handling qualities. The first theoretic part consists of three identification methods description: Error equation method, Output error method and Filter error method. Mathematical model of an airplane is defined and restricted to the motion with 3 degree of freedom. There is also introduced simulation of flight measurement for identification software validation. Practical part is focused on experiment preparation, execution and evaluation. The airplane VUT 700 Specto had been chosen to carry out flight tests. The airplane was modified to the new electric powered VUT 700e Specto after first measurement flights with combustion engine. Data record from on-board measurement unit was completed by telemetric data from autopilot and remote control system. Flight tests were carried out in stabilised mode of autopilot in symmetric flight. The results were confronted with analytical analysis results and DATCOM+ software parameter estimation.

Design of 3D-printed Unmanned Aerial Vehicle
Sladký, Martin ; Jetela, Václav (referee) ; Dvořák, Petr (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with the design proposal of the unmanned aircraft produced by FDM technology. The introduction is devoted to a brief overview of 3D printing technologies and the research of design strategies used for the production of 3D printed aircrafts. The second part is devoted to the design itself. Two types of winglets, wing and central part of the aircraft were designed. The individual parts of the aircraft have been converted to G-code format and printed on a 3D printer. Finally, the aircraft was assembled.
Analysis and comparison of technical-operational parameters of aircrafts and UAVs used for aerial works
Cihlář, Marek ; Šplíchal, Miroslav (referee) ; Chlebek, Jiří (advisor)
The main content of this master's is desing of analysis and comparison of technical-operational parameters of aircrafts and UAVs used for aerial works. This theme attend to basic factors that affect selection of aeronautical technics used for aeriál works, also ekonomics and technical calculation.
Evaluation of data acquired by UAV
Setnický, Viktor ; Hanzl, Vlastimil (referee) ; Kalvoda, Petr (advisor)
This thesis deals with the application of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV) in photogrammetric purposes useful in geodesy. The UAV that was used for imaging is described in the first part, also there are introduced two programs which were used for data processing. A system of mission planning and data collecting is shown on the ortofoto creating as an example. The second part of this thesis deals with testing of the accuracy through terrestrially independently measured points. The main aim of the work is to demonstrate the high potential of UAV devices for geodesy purposes.
Konstrukce prostředku UAV pro environmentální výzkum
VOJÁČKOVÁ, Adéla
The subject of the bachelor thesis is the implementation of an unmanned aircraft vehicle for environmental research. The theoretical part maps the types and uses of unmanned aerial vehicles, the legislative framework for their operation and a description of individual components. The practical part deals with the design, construction and subsequent configuration of the device.

UAV snímání a rekonstrukce povrchu s podílem vodních ploch
MACILLIS, Matěj
Main goal of this bachelor thesis is designing a new procedure for 3D surface mapping and using it on sample data, evaluating results and comparing it with existing approaches. Theoretical part contains definition of UAV concept, its classification depending on field of use, brief history of UAVs, description of surface mapping and types of 3D reconstruction. Practical part deals with causes of false reconstruction, recommendations which should eliminate or restrict creation of problematic situations, results of reconstructions from editted images and design of proper procedure during surface mapping.
